Cancellation Policy
For individual sessions cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Clients may reschedule any booked session at least 12 hours in advance. Requests to reschedule made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be treated as a missed session and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Financew.me reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session at anytime. In such cases, the client will be offered an alternative date or a credit toward a future session.
